It is Cajun spicy hot with just the right touch blend of our secret spices.

You may order a mixture of, P-nuts, Walnuts, Almonds, Brazil nuts, Cashews, and Pecans. Or just tell us what combination you want and we'll do it.
Boiled P-nuts are special.
We only boil new crop P-nuts.
This means they are available for order from late spring until around October.
Our special 3 stage boiling process is our secret; and if you like boiled P-nuts, you will never try anyone else's after you taste ours. You may order our original or you may order extra-salty since they are cooked when you order.

Our candy is a wonderful line of all sorts of chocolates, brittle's, toffee and chocolate covered nuts.
When you order our assorted chocolates you don't get a tin, you eat the box! The box is delicious milk chocolate. This box is a perfect gift for all occasions. It consists of chocolate covered nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds cashews and p-nut clusters) chocolate covered Carmel, pecans, cashews rolled in Carmel and covered in milk chocolate. There is also a variety of other clusters with a few covered in dark chocolate. Wow, what a gift box. Our chocolates can only be shipped in cool to cold weather.
They can be purchased locally anytime of the year.
We have the best p-nut, pecan, or cashew brittle on the market and we are working on a walnut brittle.
Our rich and creamy toffee is a candy lovers delight and is covered in a rich dark chocolate.

Remember we have no "made" product on hand. That means when you order, we go to work. This insures freshness is unsurpassed.
